SPL is launching a brand-new CrafterNoon program that will meet at 4 p.m. every Tuesday, starting Sept. 3. During each session, children will make a new craft. Projects will include a back-to-school frame (Sept. 3); blackout poetry (Sept. 10); paper plate leaf wreath (Sept. 17); and felt leaf garland (Sept. 24).
